Exchange & Refund Policy

You are welcome to check and try on your items comfortably when the courier arrives.
If the item doesn’t suit you, simply hand it back to the courier right away and pay the delivery fees only.
Please note that this is the only time you can exchange or return an item.
Delivery fees are to be paid in all cases ✨

For online payments made via MasterCard or Visa:
If the item doesn’t suit you upon delivery, you can return it to the courier immediately, and you will receive your refund in cash.

For international orders (outside Egypt), exchanges and refunds are not available.
